    Personal Responsibility In Daily Effort

Each year at Swansboro Middle School we make an effort to recognize and reward our students based on academic achievement, attendance and responsible citizenship.  One of the ways that we do this is through our PRIDE Program.  At the end of each grading period, we  recognize students for their achievements.  In order to receive this recognition, students must meet grade requirements and have exemplary behavior.  Students who achieve at the highest level for three grading periods are treated to a "PRIDE Day" at the end of the school year.

This program is not possible without the PRIDE Committee's fundraisers held throughout the school year.  The PRIDE Committee would appreciate any support that can be offered for this worthwhile program.

At Swansboro Middle School we continually seek ways to focus on the efforts of dedicated students who are learning to become responsible citizens in our community.  We hope that you will join us in this effort.  If you have any questions about the PRIDE Program, please do not hesitate to call the school.
