Mrs. Heather Smith

This is my 14^th year as an AIG Specialist in Onslow County Schools and my 20^th year teaching gifted elementary students.  I’m a 2003 graduate of ECU and hold a North Carolina teaching license to teach Elementary K-6 and Academically and Intellectually Gifted K-12.  I’m very excited about being at Summersill Elementary and Bell Fork Elementary again this year.
