Summer Workouts are here Starting July 7th!
Summer Workouts will look different this year due to social distancing guidelines. For participants with last names A-L, workouts will be on Tuesdays from 6:30am to 8:00am. Last names M-Z, workouts will be on Thursdays from 6:30am to 8:00am. There are only 20 spaces for workouts each day. Make sure you are on time and prepared.
Check in process:
Parents: Please wait 10 minutes after dropping off participants to ensure that they pass check-in protocol.
You will check in at the Century Club Gate at the football field and begin check-in protocol. Once cleared by a coach/athletic director you will go to the soccer practice field for conditioning. If you do not pass check in protocol, you will have to be cleared by a physician before returning to summer workouts. You must have all paperwork and physicals on file with the athletic department to participate. You must wear a mask during check in and while waiting for your ride after practice.
Attire: T-shirt/tank, athletic shorts, tennis shoes (doesn't have to be cheer shoes). All undergarments should be completely covered and not visible.
There will be specific spaces for you to keep your belongings and for you to stand that follow social distancing guidelines. Workouts will focus on strength/conditioning, jumps, and arm motions. There will be no stunting or tumbling during summer workouts. You are required to bring your own water and hand sanitizer to workouts each day. We do not have access to the building. Bathrooms are located at the baseball field. There is no sharing of personal belongings (hair ties, towels, water bottles, etc.). Every participant must have their own belongings. If you cannot follow social distancing guidelines, you will not be allowed to return to workouts.
Cheer Tryouts for the 2020-2021 Cheer Teams are postponed due to COVID-19. There is no date at this time as to when Tryouts will be held.
