Welcome!

My name is Gary Cassidy.  I am excited about continuing my role as assistant principal here at Swansboro Middle School for the 2022—2023 school year! 

This will be my fifth year as an assistant principal and my 14th year as an educator in Onslow County Schools.  I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Education and my Masters of School Administration from East Carolina University.

I look forward to working with the Swansboro Middle School students, staff, and the community.  My door is always open.
