About Me

I grew up in Jacksonville, NC and attended Summersill Elementary, New Bridge Middle, and Northside High School where I graduated in 2009.   

In May of 2013, I graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's in Communications.  In December 2017, I graduated from UNCW with a Master's in Elementary Education.  I spent almost two years as an assistant in an EC classroom.  This will be my fifth year teaching 1st Grade.  I am excited about continuing my teaching career at Bell Fork Elementary.

In my spare time I love to read, watch movies, bake, paint, spend time outside, and have quality time with my husband and my son, Desmond.
