Hi!  My name is Kerry Galvin and I am so excited to be teaching 1st grade for my 5th year here at Bell Fork Elementary School.  I graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2002 with a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and again in 2017 with my M.A.T. in Elementary Education. I am currently in the Master of School Administration program at ECU and working on my National Board Certification. In 2017, I was awarded the Hattie Strong Scholarship. 

My daughter, Kyler, attended Bell Fork Elementary School and we love it here!  She is now in 9th grade. We also love animals.  I have two Bull Mastiffs named Bruin and Poppy, a cat named Bobby-Cat, and another cat named Juliet.
