Third Grade Beginning of Grade Test for Reading
September 18 - All third grade students will be tested on material that is end of third grade level. Students will be given the opportunity to show third grade reading proficiency on this test.Read To Achieve Test for Reading Retained Fourth GradersOctober 29 - Fourth grade students that did not show reading proficiency in third grade will test for the opportunity to show third grade reading proficiency.NC Check-In Benchmarks (Third Grade= Math and Fourth Grade = Reading and Math)Student will be assessed on objectives taught. The data from this assessment will drive the instructional practices in the classroom following the benchmark.October 28 - November 4 = Benchmark 1January 27 - January 31 = Benchmark 2April 22 - April 28 = Benchmark 3iReady Math AssessmentStudent will be assessed to find the current level of achievement. This assessment will drive instructional practices.September 11 - October 4 = Assessment 1 (1st - 4th grade only)September 23 - October 18 = Assessment 1 (Kindergarten only)January 26 - February 5 = Assessment 2 (All Grades)April 27 - May 8 = Assessment 3 (All Grades)IStation Reading AssessmentStudent will be assessed to find the current level of achievement during each of the following months.
