A program designed to inspire young girls to recognize their inner strength and develop essential skills for navigating life and establishing a healthy lifestyle. Trained coaches lead the small team through a curriculum of lessons including, discussions, activities, and running games. The program culminates with a service project, impacting their community and a celebratory 5K event.
How do I participate?

This is a first come first serve basis. We have 10 spots for girls. Registration is open from February 1-February 16.
