  • WEEKLY HEALTH & PE LESSON

    Lesson:  CORE CARDIO

Students should be provided 1 hour of physical activity daily.

This week’s lesson is going to be similar to last week.  There is one change:  1 day this week I want you to complete a strength cardio sheet workout.  Students should perform 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity.  Remember to record it on the activity log.  For the second thirty minutes, I want you to play outside.  It can be any activity just let me know daily what activity you did outside.  Remember:

    Stay Safe but Keep Moving

At the end of the week please take a picture of the completed activity log, strength cardio sheet and email it to my school email (micheal.enyeart@onslow.k12.nc.us) or take a picture of it and put it in teams.  In the email please provide your child’s name, grade and teacher.

     DIRECTIONS FOR THE WEEK:

Complete one strength cardio sheet workout, there is a sheet for K-2 and a different sheet for 3-5.  Remember to down load the sheet so you are able to type on it.  Pick 9 exercises to finish for that sheet if you are in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade.  If you are in kindergarten, 1st, or 2nd grades please pick six exercises to finish on the sheet.  We are going to work up to completing the entire sheet at one time.

ALL other days just continue to complete the activity log like last week
