*Lived & traveled to many countries: Mexico, Jamaica, Europe: Italy, Germany, etc.  & states in the USA as a child/young adult; including California, Arizona, Grand Tetons & Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming where I developed a love for Geography, Ancient Civilizations, Ancient Archaeology, & Native American studies.

*Educational Philosophy: I believe in educating the whole child in a positive and encouraging learning environment. I strive to help my student's  reach their highest academic potential in all areas of school.  I facilitate high academic achievements with my students. My goal has always been to use behavioral and academic interventions that will reach every student in my classes.  I want to have a positive impact on the daily lives of my students. I know that education is the solution to poverty & injustice in the world and I believe every child has a right to succeed in a safe & positive school environment. Parent & family interaction in my classroom is always welcome.

* Studied years with Don Juan Matus, a Yaqui Native Plant Healer/Elder & Pa'risha a Cherokee teacher and elder
