Mrs. Ashlyn Baker

Hello Summersill Eagles!

My name is Ashlyn Baker, and this year I will be teaching Kindergarten! I grew up in New Jersey, but am enjoying making North Carolina my home! I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Rutgers University. I studied Psychology, Elementary Education, and Special Education! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and our sweet dog, exercising, going to the beach, baking, getting coffee, and exploring this beautiful place I get to call home!

I am looking forward to an exciting and successful school year, full of academic and social-emotional growth!
