Mrs. Michelle Bailey

I am a Charlotte native. Go Panthers!! I have lived in Jacksonville for over 40 years now, so I consider this pretty much my home. I have been married to my wonderful husband Darren for 32 years now. We have two children, Stephanie, 32, who works for a credit union here in town, and Michael, 28, who graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Master's in Civil Engineering and now works and lives in Garner, NC. He is married to Liz and I have an 11-month-old grandson, George. Who is the apple of my eye!!! Before becoming an IA at Carolina Forest, I taught preschool for 10 years. When I am not working I love to read and travel.  This is my 24th year in education and I truly love my job and working with children.
