Mrs. Julie Rhodes

I grew up in Minnesota and earned my BA from Concordia College in Morehead, MN in 1993.  In 1999 I earned my MA in Education from California State University in San Bernardino, CA.  I taught thirteen years in southern California before moving to Japan in 2006.  I spent three years living in mainland Japan and teaching for Central Texas University.  In 2009 I moved to Carteret County with my husband and two children.  I started working for Onslow School District in 2019.
