    Hello Families,

During these uncertain and unprecedented times, I want to assure you that I am here for you and your student.  Each school day from 9:00-10:00 and again at 2:00-3:00, I will have virtual office hours. You can reach me via dojo or email at Bridgette.Walker@onslow.k12.edu. During this time, you can expect an immediate respone from me. Outside of my virtual office hours, you can expect a response from me within 24 hours.

Each week, you can find the instructional schedule by clicking on the Class Resources link.  All copies of materials to complete the assignments are located in your student's instructional packet. In addition, your child received a Clever badge to log onto I-Ready and Reading Eggs.  The link to these websites and other helpful websites are located in the Class Resources link as well.

This is new to all of us, and there are sure to be some bumps in the road.  However, by working together, we can overcome them! I'm here if you need me. Stay safe out there! As always, thank you for all you do to support your student's success.

    Mrs. Walker

P.S. Please let my babies know how much I miss them!

  • I am originally from a small town in Southwest Georgia, but I have called Jacksonville home for the past 13 years.  My husband, Kevin, is a retired Marine, and we have 2 adult children, Makibren and Skye.  I spent several years teaching Reading and Writing in the Basic Skills Program at Coastal, but my true passion is working with children.  In 2018, I returned to college to pursue my teaching license in Elementary Education. I graduated from UNCW in December 2019 with a Masters of Art in Teaching,  and here I am!
