Hello! Welcome to fourth grade!

Just a little about myself...

I have been a teacher for 15 years. I’ve taught first and second grades in Harnett, Pender, and Onslow County before making the move to 4th grade! I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Heidelberg College, in Ohio, in 2006. I then moved to North Carolina to start my teaching career. My husband and I moved to Jacksonville and purchased our first home in 2013, and started our family in 2014. We now have 2 beautiful daughters, ages 5 years and 7 years, who are our entire world and keep us busy!

As you will quickly learn, I am a complete and total comic nerd, Star Wars and Marvel comics to be specific. My husband and I love to spend our free time Geocaching or playing Pokemon Go, and are quickly introducing our daughters to these things.
