Ms. Jessica Smith

Nice to meet you! I am very excited for my fourth year of teaching at Silverdale Elementary! I graduated from East Carolina University in December 2019. I moved to Jacksonville to teach art and I am so happy to meet all my students! 

I love and have tried lots of different art medias; Textiles, Painting, Drawing, Ceramics, Illustration, Sculpture, Animation, and Film and Cinematography. I am a very crafty person and love to incorporate mixed media into my classroom. I want to give all my students the opportunity to try new things and learn from new experiences.

We strive to use and reuse recyclables in the Art Room, and will gladly take many kinds of supplies/recyclable materials from the Supplies List.
