Mrs. Francisca Gray

Mrs. Gray is our Assistant Principal Intern through East Carolina University’s Pirate Leadership Academy (NC Principal Fellow Program). She will be completing her second year of residency as a NC Principal Fellow at Clear View Elementary School. 

She has sixteen years experience in education. She has served as a classroom teacher, facilitator, and district coordinator.

Mrs. Gray was raised in the Philippines where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Angeles University. Later she was awarded her Master’s in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in School Administration through East Carolina University’s Principal Fellows Program.

A longtime resident of Onslow County, Mrs. Gray lives with her husband, Bill, in Jacksonville. They have two adult daughters, Giordanne and Isabella. They also have two sons-in-law, Nick and Andrew and three delightful grandchildren, George, Palmer, and Merryn.
