Mr. Floyd Gabbert

I retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2001. I graduated from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington in 2006. I began my teaching career at New Bern High School. The next year, I transferred to Northside High School, where I taught for 13 years. Hurricane Florence damaged my home and we were forced to move to Raleigh, NC. While in Raleigh, I taught for one semester at Knightdale High School. When the repairs to our home were completed, we returned to Jacksonville. I taught last year at White Oak High School. I am looking forward to teaching at the Onslow Virtual School.
