Ms. Hannah Jones
This will be Ms. Jones' second year at RHS, and she is excited to keep growing the Dance Program this year! While at Meredith, she choreographed and performed in student and faculty dance concerts, was a Full-Company Member of the Meredith Dance Theatre, and completed her student teaching internship in Dance at Oberlin Magnet Middle School in Raleigh, NC. Additionally, Ms. Jones was able to study abroad in Sanseplcro, Italy in the Spring of 2019, studying the Italian education system, and she published her honor's thesis on the history and future sustainability of of k-12 dance education in North Carolina as part of the Honors College and Teaching Fellows program. When Ms. Jones isn't dancing, she can be found spending time with family and friends, walking her 2 dogs (Caspian and Rex), visiting the beach, or drinking coffee.
The syllabus and teacher introduction video can be found on Ms. Jones' site resource tabs. Dancers will also need to access our Teams page and sign-up for alerts through Remind.
