Ms. Colleen Tugwell

I am originally from Texas, but I moved to North Carolina in 2012 after earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Stephen F. Austin State University. I worked at Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base for over six years before teaching Middle School and High School visual art at OCLC in Fall of 2020. 

I enjoy creating art, reading, playing games, and spending time with family in Texas and Maine.
