TMS REGISTRATION SURVEY: Complete this form to sign up for elective classes for the 2022-23 school year.  You will select classes based on your interests.  All students are scheduled for 4 electives each school year - 2 per semester.  There are also sections to select what clubs and special programs you may want to participate in next year.  We will use this information to design the Elective/Encore schedule for the next school year.
