Kuder Navigator is a resource accessible to all Onslow County students 6-12 grade, which is accessible by logging into Clever and clicking on the Kuder Navigator icon. Known to us as "Ready, Set, Onslow"

What is Kuder?

Kuder is a career guidance solutions provider. It offers comprehensive tools and resources for career planners at all life stages while supporting collaboration between education, business, and community stakeholders to drive economic success. Our customizable products and services reflect a commitment to encouraging lifelong learning, development, and achievement. 

This tool allows students to explore and discover careers that are avaible to them and that fit their interests. Sixth-eighth grade students can take an interest inventory that will match them with careers tha align with their interets.  Seventh and eighth grade students will take a confidence inventory to assess what they feel they are confident in doing.  Once an inventory is complete, students will be given a list of careers for them to consider looking into. 

The program gives information about the career, what type of work is performed, what kind of schooling is necessary for the career, and the average salary for the career.  It also serves as a planning tool.  During eighth grade, students will complete a four year plan.  Selecting classes they would like to take while in high school.  The program is also avaialbe to students once they graduate.
