Board of Education Extends Deadline for Public Input on Superintendent Search

The Onslow County Board of Education continues to seek direct input from interested members of the community and staff to help shape the superintendent search process and to assist in defining the qualities and characteristics desired in the next superintendent of the Onslow County Schools.  However, due to Hurricane Florence and its impact on the schools and the community, the board has extended the deadline to complete the online surveys and otherwise provide input to the board.

All surveys must now be completed by Tuesday, November 27, 2018, with results to be compiled, summarized, and presented by NCSBA at the regular board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 4, 2018.

Interested members of the community are invited to complete a short community survey and find out about other ways to participate at the following link – Superintendent Search Information.
